  Having been in a customer of the Yorkshire Hair Clinic in Pudsey, Leeds since May 2013, I am compelled to write this review after being subjected to continued lack of professionalism or care by the Clinic.
  
  After paying £900 pounds for a non-surgical hair replacement procedure, not only was I offered any after care (without committing to a fee of £30/ month) but a high-end product that was supposed to be manufactured in Australia by the same company as the Advanced Hair Studio (as claimed in their initial sales pitch) that would last between 12-18 months
  
  What I have actually received in fact a sub-standard product manufactured in China and fallen apart in just over 7 months. I have checked with the Advanced Hair Studio who confirms the claims made by the Yorkshire Hair Repayment Clinic about their source are a lie. I approached the Hair Replacement clinic with the same who denied this but at the same time refused to disclose their source.
  
  I have tried to get my money back/ or a replacement but sadly this has fallen on to deaf ears. The Yorkshire Hair Replacement Clinic has made no attempts whatsoever to resolve this case – even claiming they don’t know the whereabouts of the person who dealt with me and don’t know when he will return to the clinic – the person who dealt with me was the owner/Director of the business !!!!! – NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL – I am sure you will agree with me. I will definitely advise all my friends to stay clear from this business.
